For the PEBB and SEBB boards, open enrollment is one of the busiest and most important times of the year. It's essential to connect our school and public employees to the right insurance plan for them. The HCA communications team supported open enrollment through a wide variety of communications from a newsletter with plan updates and changes, to an open enrollment guide, to forms.
Open Enrollment guide
Whether it's a new employee or someone just wanting to make a change during open enrollment, it's important be able to be able to compare plans and make informed decisions. The enrollment guide contains all the information needed to help select a plan.
Newsletter
It's important for employees to stay up-to-date with any changes happening during enrollment. The newsletter during open enrollment helps explain what changes can be made during Open Enrollment, advertises Benefit Fairs so employees can learn more, and let's subscribers know about possible changes coming to the plans. 
Open Enrollment forms
We've all struggled to fill out a form and wondered why it was asking for the same information multiple times. At HCA we worked to make our forms as simple and easy to use as possible. This example incorporates form logic that performs the calculations for the user. The character combs make inputting data easier not only for the user, but for the key-in process to input the form after it is submitted.
